6 WAVE BENCH PROGRAMMING / COACHING

This is 6 months of Bench ONLY Programming / Coaching. 
this fee is to be paid upfront for savings.
I have my own formulas that I run in waves of 10,8,5,3,2 , and 1 reps. I need maxes for each of the waves and I'll take it from there. I do phones calls once a week to go over videos and to make adjustments as needed.
